Tintype party for First Exposures Mentoring program, sponsored by the Baum Foundation

Dave Elfving and I created a pop-up tintype studio sponsored by The Baum Foundation at SF Camerawork this summer for students and mentors of First Exposures, a San Francisco-based youth mentoring program that provides youth aged 11 to 18 with the opportunity to engage with photography in a classroom with guidance from a photographer who serves as both a mentor and a positive adult role model. I used to be a photo mentor with First Exposures, and had a blast meeting all the mentees and mentors and showing them the process!
